International Operations Jobs description

An international operations professional is responsible for all aspects of operations to ensure effective service. An international operations professional should be conversant with customs, terminal procedures, and documentations. An international operations professional needs to develop appropriate and strategic goal oriented planning of the projects and timely implementation of the same in order to maximize the profit and increase revenue. Duties include planning and preparing reports for board meetings, investor committee, and advisory committee meetings, and also ensure that they are carried out in a well planned and effective manner. Establishing and maintaining relationship with the company’s clients and the external service providers including administrators, auditors, and legal advisors may be required. An international operations professional should conduct market analysis on a regular basis and should be well aware of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Such positions are required to communicate and function with all the levels or domains of the organization.

An international operations professional should possess a degree in business administration with prior experience in the domain. Good communication and analytical skills are required. Flexible working hours and ability to prioritize goals and targets as per business needs is also important.
