Manager, Operations, Executive
As a Senior Director you will be responsible for development and successful execution of ambulatory operations and growth strategy for over 1,100 retail health clinic locations across 34 states, impacting over 3,000 healthcare providers and >6M annual patient visits The Senior Director is essential to ensuring that core operational initiatives and day to day operations are executed consistently and flawlessly. The Senior Director position is responsible for leading multiple diverse teams who oversee operations, growth, business development, patient access, inventory management, patient experience, call center, provider resource management, overall communications and environment of care management.
As part of the MinuteClinic Executive team you will ensure that the patient and provider experience are paramount to the work of the teams you lead. You will guide prioritizing the needs of the business and make decisions that ultimately improve the financial well-being of the organization while maintaining high clinical quality and excellence in patient care.
Additional responsibilities of the Senior Director include:
â€¢ Oversee and support the growth portfolio and ongoing program management and oversight
â€¢ Collaborate with clinical field leadership on efficiency initiatives that benefit providers and patients
â€¢ Partner with business units outside of MinuteClinic to execute on enterprise initiatives
â€¢ Lead access management and digital strategy to improve volume and patient experience
â€¢ Ensure consistent standardization at all clinics
â€¢ Partner with internal stakeholders to implement and execute on organizational initiatives
â€¢ Support development of new programs, including laboratory management and diagnostics
â€¢ Provide guidance to IT on execution of processes and systems impacting patients and providers
â€¢ Lead on emergency preparedness and environmental disaster response
