Position Summary The Sales Operations Manager (SOM) will work directly with Sales Leaders and their direct reports, Sales Operations and Sales Insight to support our sales teams. SOM's provide timely and accurate analytics to Sales Leaders to help them manage selling efforts by providing accurate forecasting, pipeline and ad hoc reporting. We are the trusted advisor and work with Sales Leaders, Finance, and Sales Operations to assist in yearly Go To Marketing planning, territory & quota setting. This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work under and towards a deadline. Responsibilities * Work directly with Sales Leaders to achieve sales goals by providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, forecasting and sales results. * Identify problem areas and pain points within the sales organization and identify stakeholders to solve and improve these pain points. * Pro-actively identify issues and solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams. Works on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. * Participate in weekly, quarterly and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific sales coverage and forecasting analytics. * Work with internal front and back office departments throughout each selling quarter to resolve open items and close deals ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place prior to deal closure. * Work closely with other SOMs to share knowledge, best practices and facilitate standardization across the whole sales organization. * Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. * Tracks and reports on account performance - measurement set by business units, sales and marketing. * Plan and implement projects for account and territory selection in order to optimize the sales team for next year planning Requirements for success * 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role * Extensive experience with sales forecasting and operations * Excellent analytical skills * Experience with BI and Analysis tools: Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc. * Confidence communicating with and acting as a trusted advisor to high profile individuals * Must have a 'can do' attitude and an internal strong sense of urgency * Bachelor's degree in business or finance (completed or in process MBA preferred) At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on .
