Resource WFM Analyst I-Any Anthem office, or remote within 50 commuting miles to Andover-MA, Denver-CO, South Portland-ME, Midland-GA, Indianapolis-IN, Richmond-VA, or Middletown-NY

Responsible for monitoring and assigning inventory and shifting priorities and resources to ensure target metrics are achieved.

Primary duties may include, but not limited to:

Develops and provides presentations for leadership.

Ensures assigned work is complete.

Conducts meetings with leadership to discuss strategy, issues, and results. Identifies and communicates issues or unusual trends in inventory.

Manages resources based on inventory need; updates schedules.


AA in Business, Statistics or a related field

2 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or scheduling and forecasting in a claims or call center environment

or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Excel preferred

Experience with WGS and Pega strongly preferred

Strong communication skills required
