Job Summary:

We are currently searching for a Director, Digital Data Operations with an analytical, strategic, and operational mindset to join our Digital Ad Operations team. This person will be responsible for the development and execution of targeted, personalized audiences executed through the Data Management Platform across a variety of display, audio streaming, podcast and social campaigns. This role is the primary subject matter expert for the Data Management Platform (DMP) for iHeartMedia

This role manages data and audience strategy and provides subject matter expertise and best practice on data management, including technology related to media enablement of data strategy. This includes data management platform, data vendor selection, and media tools for audience planning development. Provide support to fulfill near and long term goals as they relate to audience and data strategy development. This position will work directly with a variety of constituents including iHeartMedia’s local and national Sales Team, Digital Ad Operations, Revenue Operations and Sales Marketing to align and deliver marketing campaign activities covering all digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

Work with Sales and Ad Operations Teams to manage creation of all traits and segments within DMP for direct sold and programmatic campaign execution.

Onboard client data for campaign execution and work within the data marketplace to identify 3rd Party Segments that align with client goals.

Act as the subject matter expert on the Digital DMP (Adobe Audience Manager), develop a working knowledge on the DMP features and collaborate with Adobe Account Management to evolve data strategy.

Activation of defined segments in 3rd Party DSPs and Audience Extension Opportunities.

Interface with the rest of the data organization to execute multi-platform data driven/optimized campaigns.

Identifying valuable first party audiences and working with Product Marketing on sales go to market strategy.

Internal expert on all of the industry changes surrounding identity and privacy best practices.

Qualifications

4 years’ experience in Digital Media industry is preferred

4-year college degree preferred

Experience with Digital Data Management Platforms

Knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager is a plus

Strong understanding of digital media advertising for both direct and programmatic campaigns

Excellent ability to organize, prioritize, and multi task in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility and creativity

Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others

Ability to manage production workflow, timelines and schedules

Ability to use reporting & research tools to inform proposal development

Skilled at written and verbal communication

Skilled at analytics and reporting (e.g., preparing performance reports for digital products)

Ability to gather information, sort through complex issues, seek input from others and operate independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
