We are looking to hire a business partner and financial professional to manage the financial activities for a Corporate Division supporting the U.S. Government Department of Energy and other National Governments. The successful candidate will participate on the Board of Directors of company owned joint ventures and should have a record of meeting annual financial objectives and effectively negotiating contracts.
Leading all aspect of the financial management of the N&E strategic business unit including the following areas:
Preparation of the Annual Operating Plan
Development of the monthly financial outlook
Review and sign off the monthly financial results and public reporting
Creation of “ad hoc” business cases
Management and development of a staff of financial professionals
Driving financial results including profit, cash flow and revenue
Support pricing and solution of large bids
Serving on the boards of joint ventures
Reviewing project EAC’s
Ensuring projects have the resources needed to be successful
Supporting ad hoc project initiatives
Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of progressive management and business development experience in a government contracting environment and excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Master’s degree preferred. Must be articulate with executive presence, creative and forward-looking, clear thinker and decision-maker, change agent, and have a track record of continuous business development activities and continuing education.
Position requires travel.
Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Team and goal oriented; Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Bachelors Degree in a business discipline preferably finance, accounting or economics
Masters Degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
Certified Public Accountant preferred.
Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance preferred
