This individual will help define operations specific business requirements, implement improved business processes, ensure successful deployment of the new SAP integrated solution, manage system and process testing, manage training of system users for their designated area, and assist with stabilization efforts. The Manufacturing Operations Business Analyst will report to the CSSTNA SAP Business Implementation Manager (BIM), but take work direction from the Fusion Operations Process Implementation Lead (PIL). This role requires significant collaboration and teamwork within CSSTNA, especially with our manufacturing facilities and with Global IT.Principal Accountabilities70% - Fusion Program Business Analyst Role – Assist in the design, development and implementation of the SAP Manufacturing Operations solution. Responsibilities include: completing business readiness activities in preparation for formal project execution, documenting business specific knowledge and gathering business requirements, validating system configuration and processes meet business needs, ensuring functionality is appropriately tested and trained, assist in facilitating Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) mapping for different product lines, and validate that the business is successfully stabilized with the new system. Role will ensure consistent implementation of system configuration and processes throughout the organization that are reviewed and approved by the Operations PIL and other PIL’s as appropriate. 10% - CCE - Support CCE Lead with execution of change plan; promote process change in organization. Partner with CCE in developing training materials associated with the SAP Operations management. Help create and implement a training plan for training end Users at the different facilities. 10% - Cross Functional PIL Support – Assist the PIL’s in Operations, MOM-MES, Quality, Supply Chain and others in all project activities. 10% - Other work efforts as directed by PIL’s or BIM.','!*!Required
• 4 year degree or equivalent operations experience• 2 years (or more) of combined work experience in operations management and project management; advanced knowledge of plant floor processes and systems• 1 year (or more) of experience in using, designing, developing and or implementing SAP Manufacturing (MM/PP)• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time• Ability to provide leadership and motivation to engage employees in the business• Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills• Strong risk management skills• Ability to effectively prioritize and ensure IT Project execution• Superior written and verbal communication skills• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint)Preferred
