Guide and manage


operations for all community corrections facilities

through planning, development and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures, programs and services, and audits

. Provides direction for the day-to-day operations, ensures compliance with standards and quality service delivery.

Carry out all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company’s values and policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; providing feedback and development, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work collaboratively with all levels of management in developing plans, priorities and directing the implementation of Community Corrections objectives, goals, processes and metrics consistent with all regulatory requirements and our mission, values and strategies.

Act as a change agent in the implementation of new practices, including training and coaching staff and modeling desired behavior.

Analyze, develop, implement, and adhere to evidence-based practices, procedures and evaluation as appropriate to Community Corrections.

Complete and analyze audits and reports to assess

program compliance with standards, contractual requirements and program goals. Make recommendations for improvements.

Develop, maintain, and monitor division and program policy and procedures to e

nsure compliance with all Federal, State, and local offender management and treatment standards, local regulatory codes, and licensing, while incorporating as much consistency as


Collect, compile, and analyze statistical and other outcome data from all community corrections programs to measure program effectiveness. Present and report on data.

Report to the Executive Director regarding comprehensive facility operations including information regarding personnel, operations, procedures and policies at least quarterly.

Partner with facility Program Managers to assure and improve service.


Request for Proposals related to community corrections services

Requires on-site presence at each residential facility to review and assess all areas of operations.

Assist with troubleshooting and administration, create and generate reports, and ensure fidelity of data for program databases.

Oversee the client referral process, waitlist, facility bed count and collaborate with stakeholders for referrals.

Drive personal car to court, jail and/or other sites as required, including in adverse weather

Attend required trainings and meetings, apply skills and knowledge.

Regular and predictable attendance.


Complete special projects as requested

Liaison for stakeholders as required

Participate in community groups and meetings as requested.

Good steward of Company human, financial and capital resources.

Participate effectively as a team member through communication, cooperation, information sharing and problem solving.

Serve as On-Call to the residential facilities as required

Any other tasks or duties as assigned.


Directly supervises PREA and Compliance Specialist, Referral Specialists and Facilities Technicians, where applicable.



Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from accredited four-year college or university in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Sciences or a related field required.

Experience in community corrections field

At least five years experience managing programmatic and operational aspects of community corrections or other residential facilities


Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Colorado Community Corrections system, and ability to apply Colorado Community Corrections Standards and the Department of Corrections Administrative Regulations as applicable to community corrections and related techniques, requirements, standards and evidence-based practices

Strong attention to detail, and analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff through application of Company values

Skill in analyzing and synthesizing complex operational data, and ability to generate related reports and create communications from variety of software programs and databases, including Excel. Experience with Etrac a plus.

Operationally focused, with experience in examining, developing, reengineering, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Experience conducting operational performance audits or third-party evaluations

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Knowledge of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.

Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Company staff, stakeholders, and with diverse client base.

Must pass background check and have ability to access state criminal databases

Valid Colorado Driver’s License and proof of insurance

Travel: Frequently drives personal car throughout local area and state to go to other work sites, attend meetings, trainings, court appearances, etc.

Hiring Range $82,500 - $87,500 annually

Hours: 40 hours/week, M-F
