As a Marketing Lead, ISM Operations, you will drive change within In-Store Marketing (ISM) processes and tools that enable the ISM team to deliver an undeniable Target guest experience in stores. You are responsible for collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners to execute projects and work streams as well as driving input and creation/development of key ISM processes, tools and interaction models.  Key to this role is the ability to exert influence with peers, leaders and cross-functional partners, both internal and external, in order to resolve problems and drive toward desires outcomes. Ultimately, you will execute work that has a significant impact to the ISM team as well as cross functional partners.
