This position involves balancing multiple priorities on a routine basis, as well as requires considerable coordination, teamwork and follow-through to meet deadlines.
Lead & Manage Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audits
Lead & Manage corporate audits
Lead & Manage customer audits of ISC, specifically Sourcing and Procurement
Develop and socialize Aero policies and procedures
Develop and lead new training programs that creatively engage buyers and commodity managers
Instruct, mentor & coach compliance team members, commodity managers, buyers and proposal analysts on how to create a compliant Fair & Reasonable Price Analysis
Audit Purchase Awards, Agreements and Proposals for compliance to policies and procedures
Participate in initiatives across Sourcing & Procurement to create effective and efficient processes and practices
Escalate gaps appropriately and timely
Effectively build relationships within the Global ISC community
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to build relationships with internal & external customers
Demonstrated attention to detail, time management skills, & the ability to multi-task
Provide support to leadership team as needed/required
Flexibility to schedule hours based on business demands
Execute all tasks with high degree of accuracy and autonomy
80 Apply effective Sourcing supplier risk assessment methodologies to ensure compliance
20 Right and Fast execution of strategies to align with business Growth
YOU MUST HAVE
5 years experience in a contracting, procurement, or audit role with respect to U.S. Government (NASA/DOD) contracts and proficient in their related requirements
Subject matter expert and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Strong computer and software skills working with MS Suite products
Excellent communication skills at all levels within the organization and with external customers (Government and commercial)
Ability to lead teams and provide training
Working understanding of SAP or equivalent enterprise systems
Demonstrated success in exceeding goals
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.Exempt Honeywell Aerospace Overview
