The Operations Transformation Advisory – HR Transformation

Delivery Director provides deep subject matter expertise in the delivery

Operations Transformation engagements in one or more of the following areas:

Cognitive Operations, Human Resources Transformation, Organization and Change

Management, Performance Improvement or Supply Chain Management.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively

with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and

perform servicesWork closely with Grant Thornton managers and partners to promptly

identify and resolve client problems or issuesCommunicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and

internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish

objectives portraying knowledge and confidenceManage, develop, train, coach and mentor staff on projects and assess

performance for engagement and year-end reviewsMotivate others to perform at maximum efficiency without sacrificing

quality of the services deliveredManage project team

both onsite and remote to drive project deliverablesPerform engagement management responsibilities, including performance

reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality

review and client managementManage business development activities, such as proposals, capture,

account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership

materialMeet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)Interview campus and/or experienced candidatesOther duties as assigned','!*!Bachelor’s

degree in a relevant field is required. 

Master’s degree / MBA a plus.Fifteen (15)

or more years of related work experience in a similar function requiredTen (10)

years of experience working in a consulting capacity requiredProfessional

certification in a relevant field a plusExcellent

verbal and written communication skillsAbility to

travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary.Travel
