We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our team, as a Production and Inventory Clerk, in our downtown Boise plant. This is a part time position, averaging 20 hours per week. Inventory responsibilities require this position to work a few days near the end of the month, and at the beginning of the month, but otherwise, the schedule is very flexible.
Works closely with Operations team to maintain Production reports, Production files and other documents.
Assists Production Manager with current projects and serves as backup to Document Control and Resupply Coordinator.
Follows all safety procedures as stated in GMP, safety standards, plant rules, and code of ethics.
Organizes daily Production paperwork including palletizer reports, downtime sheets, operator logs, and put up sheets.
Compiles necessary data from paperwork and produces daily Production reports.
Inspects all data for discrepancies. If any are found, investigates immediately with the appropriate supervisor(s).
Inputs Production data from Production reports into Volume Tracker database, daily gap meeting agenda, Process Tracker, and OEE tracker.
Writes and sends out Production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors.
Prepares and compiles necessary reports for requested audits.
Assists Production team with temporary projects.*Maintains and updates file documentation room.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 year related experience required.
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background and criminal checks).
