Information Operations Jobs description
An information operation professional is responsible for managing and improving information security processes such as policies and standard implementation, metrics reporting, security, business continuity planning, risk assessment and exception handling, risk mitigation consulting, security awareness and consulting, deal support, gap analysis and transition/ transformation support for new customers and security incident management. An information operation person is well conversant with technical and operational security, provides solution to system related problems, coordinates and work with applications and operations staff as well as system managers in order to acquire standardization and validation of computing environments. An information operation professional needs to identify and document methods of troubleshooting. An information operation professional ensures compliance with hardware, software, and technical standards for installation, configuration, operations management, and maintenance of specific system. An information operation professional should be updated with the latest industry standards and technological trends.An information operation professional should possess a degree in electrical engineering, information systems, computer sciences, computer engineering, or system manufacturing with prior experience in the domain.
