  • Providing the necessary items like boarding passes to the passengers.
  • Arranging for snacks and meals in flight.

3. Ground services: Here, the responsibilities of the staff of airport operations jobs include:
  • Loading and unloading of baggage.
  • Maintaining ground support equipment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness on the airport premises.
  • Assisting in aircraft parking and fuelling.
4. Flight Operations: Responsibilities of people in such jobs include:
