Operations Associate Jobs

The operations associate has to assist the director to set and manage performance targets and ensure staffing levels are met and managed. The operations associate has to ensure professional management standards are adhered to. He or she has to assist in the setting and monitoring operational budgets. The operations associate has to ensure that the operations business continuity and recovery requirements are met. He or she also can opine on policies and procedures relating to the company which are appropriate to the business and operational needs of the organization. Most of the operational documentation is handled by the associate.
The operations associate should at least be a management graduate, although not many companies stress for much experience.
