As Vice President of Operations (VPO), you will provide overall planning, direction and control to assigned units to achieve both operating and financial goals. You will also provide guidance and motivation to Managers and other team members. The VPO establishes and maintains effective client relationships and will have overall P&L responsibility. In this role, you will establish long-term and short-term operating and financial goals including budgets and forecasts to ensure effective operations and optimum profitability. The successful VPO will focus on retaining existing business and building base business. Other responsibilities include: participating in the sales process and helping to drive optimal performance on all new sales start-ups; selecting and training management staff and serving as the source of development and evaluation of the managers; being a key driver of meetings and communication plans; leading Operating Reviews with Senior Management teams; human resource responsibility and other duties as assigned.

The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services with highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, strong strategic planning abilities, and documented track record of developing leadersare essentials for success in this role. 50-75% travel expected
